WPG Board Members

The daily affairs of the Wisconsin Paper Group are managed by a professional management staff.  The overall affairs are managed by a twelve member Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors dictates the policies of the Wisconsin Paper Group and all employees are responsible to the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors is authorized to establish such rules and regulations as it deems necessary, including amendment of the Bylaws.

Directors are elected for three (3) year terms with such terms being staggered to provide for continuity of management of the Wisconsin Paper Group.  Members are encouraged to designate representatives for election to the Board of Directors.
